The Bryan Bickell Charity Classic Golf tournament was started in the summer of 2011 by Bryan and his fiance Amanda. This goal of this event is to help create awareness and raise funds for various charities and causes within the local community. Bryan credits his hometown of Orono, Ontario with helping with his professional success and this is his way of giving back.  

The first two annual events were a huge success as golfers, volunteers and sponsors helped raise over $40,000 for local charities within the community. Recipients of the proceeds have included Big Brothers and Sisters, Orono Minor Hockey, Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, Bewdley, Clarington East Food Banks and Defeat the Label anti-bullying.

We look forward to making this years event even more successful, with the help of all of our friends within the community.
